A golden ratio of warm piecrust bubbling with sugar pumpkin, dark brown sugar, ginger, clove, and nutmeg unfold in perfect harmony. Wisps of incense drift through the air into an alchemy of infinite earthly delights.
We love pie and we love pi. In the US we list dates as month/day/year whereas most of the rest of the world uses day/month/year. Rather than enter the great debate of American Pi Day (March 14th) and International Pi Day (July 22nd), we just count the calendar and celebrate Pi Day on the 314th day of the year (Nov 10th).
Because we love excuses for more pie, we eat a second helping on Nov 13th at 3:55pm (15:55) in honor of 5th Century Chinese mathematician Zu Chongzhi who discovered 355/113, the most efficient fractional approximation of pi with a stunning 99.99999% accuracy rate. Almost perfect pi.*
Many mathematicians believe that every possible finite sequence of numbers will eventually appear somewhere in pi’s infinite decimal tail (for example, find any birthday in pi here). Mystics viewed pi as a mathematical blueprint containing all possible information—past, present, and future—hidden within a single circle.
“Yes, I am irrational, but I am also transcendental.” - Pedro Pi Callejas
*Pi is infinite and non-repeating. It can never be "perfect" (finite in decimal or fraction value).

Our alchemies are experimental perfumes blended intuitively for the season and with no written recipe. We release a new one every month and include them as a free gift with
orders over $60 USD (before shipping)
Because we pre-bottle our alchemies they come in 5ml amber bottles and samples are not available.
