Refund policy

Alkemia's fragrances are blended to vary according to your individual skin chemistry. We suggest ordering samples first to see if a perfume works for you. Individuals with especially sensitive skin or other sensitivities should consider a 24 hour patch test first. Unless listed in the ingredient notes, we do not add nut ingredients to our perfumes however our perfumes are blended and bottled in environments that may contain nuts or nut derived ingredients. Spiritual formulations are sold as curios only. We cannot guarantee results/take responsibility for the outcome of using/misusing spiritual products.

Due to the intimate nature of perfumes, Alkemia can't accept returns. If you have an issue with an order, please contact us at customercare@alkemiaperfumes.com so we can work something out on a case by case basis.
