Ghost Fire Perfume

Absolutely gorgeous, everything i'd hoped for based on comments!
Someone on another website wrote that "it smells like the shampoo that a gorgeous girl wears that you can smell when she walks past" and though this doesn't do the smell justice that's exactly how i feel wearing it - beautiful and ethereal.
I'm not someone who likes a musky or overly sweet perfume so I was a little apprehensive, but it really does just smell like your skin but better! Not heavy or gourmand but just enchanting and a little addictive to smell :)

Luminous amber dream! One of the most beautiful scents I have ever worn. Sophisticated without being stuffy, it’s an aura of something special. This along with Aurora are two of my favorite fragrances.

A few months ago as part of my very first Alkemia order I included this in a sample pack of scents that didn’t fit the profile of my usual go-tos based on the notes, but sounded intriguing enough to try. This was the unexpected hit of the entire order and has now become my top favourite Alkemia scent that I recommend everyone to experience. On me, it’s a creamy diaphanous pale amber that seamlessly melds with the warmth of my skin and blooms into this aura of sheer ethereal beauty that feels less like you’re wearing a perfume and more like your skin itself has been imbued with pearlescent magic. Don’t be fooled by the simplistic note description – Ghost Fire is swoon-worthy. For those who have watched the film Perfume (2006), this is how I imagine the scent of those fairest of maidens. Feminine but not sweet, sensual but not lascivious, neither dark nor overly bright – think soft vanillic skin musk suffused with moonlight. The throw and performance is the best of all the Alkemia scents in my collection, and I happily catch wafts of it throughout the day from light pulse point application. The best part is its versatility – it can easily be worn in any context as an enchantment on its own, or layered like a secret under another perfume. I hope to always have a bottle of this on hand, it’s that excellently done.
