Cherries of the Night Perfume - Special Reserve

I've never liked cherry scents because they tend to be artificial and cough-syrup-y, but oh boy is this different. This smells like bleeding cherries smothered in dark chocolate and soaked in booze. Yum. I don't know if it's the nutmeg, but the dry down takes me instantly back to my childhood, leaning against the counter with a new art class drawing as my Mom whips up a birthday treat in the mixer. The windows are frosted but the heat from the oven fills the air. Warmth, a hint of spice, and a hug.

Love it! I originally got a rollerball of this scent, but I wanted to try their EDP spray formula, and I'm very pleased. It smells almost exactly the same, but a little stronger on the cherry. I like that I can spray it on my clothes without worrying about the oil staining them. Super happy with my purchase!

Wow, this is so intoxicating and decadent. It makes me want to take a bite of myself, which is optimal for a perfume ;)
