Deep, dark, red rose. A seriously vampy rose that can be worn on its own as a standalone perfume. This is not your grandma's rose... unless your grandma was a very successful courtesan.

Best layered over: Incense resins, patchoulis, woods, leathers, greens, and musks

Best for fixing: Perfumes that are too masculine, subtle, herbal, or bitter

Layering notes let you shift and alter your scents to match your mood or the seasons, to take advantage of subtle skin chemistry changes, or to dabble with the olfactory arts of niche perfumery. Layering notes are also an easy way to customize your favorite scents and make them uniquely and unforgettably yours.... or can help rekindle a romance with perfume you once loved but are getting a little bored with. The simplicity and uncomplicated linear qualities of single notes are distinctive in and of themselves for stand alone.

Something extra for a boring perfume

I got this perfume that went away far too quickly but I added this rose oil and it made it last longer and complimented it beautifully. The oil is such a rich fresh young rose. Not not grandma like a all, think mademoiselle rose

Pure Rose

If rose is what you want rose is what you will get.
A great base to rosey up any rose scent.

Beautiful but mature

A deep and beautiful scent, but a bit mature for me. Definitely a more dignified floral than a youthful one.

Smells exactly like a true rose

It’s a more floral rose than a sweet rose, so I love to wear it with a citrus scent.
